The Origins Of Oil

One thing which is noticed quite often is the close proximity of oil,gas and coal.Since they are all have the same building blocks ie: carbon it seems natural that large deposits of similar materials should have the same antecedents especially when they are near to each other and how else could it be? Since coal can be turned into oil or gas but not the other way around then coal should be the common denominator of all three .Certainly of itself and most importantly of the others as well.So what could turn coal into oil and gas.Probably not just heat and pressure which can wax and wane but something more complex and which exists at deep strata. That something is organisms which consume coal and leave as a byproduct oil and or gas just as organisms consuming terrestrial food transform that into methane and alcohol. The oilfields of the world are the refuse of organisms from eons ago.Nature in her perfect way has provided man with the energy and in a form needed to make the world of today possible.

The Constancy Of The Laws Of Nature Destroys One Of The Pillars Of Religion

One of the axioms of science and indeed all rational thought is that the laws of nature are constant. One conclusion from this is that the world is pretty much constant from one epoch to the next with any changes based on purely physical causes. The waves splashing up on the beach are the same as when dinosaurs walked the earth and the sky and the clouds are the same too. What we see is what the dinosaurs saw and what beings will see hundreds of millions of years hence.Of course when the sun burns out everything will change but that is predictible within the laws of nature. What isn't predicted is that all the laws of nature will change with the second coming of whoever you think will be resurrected.Likewise with the future which will be the same as today today is the same as yesterday.Since we see no angels today and we should if they exist then there were no angels yesterday since time for them does not exist.Constancy in the laws of physics combined with the timelessness of angels means they did not exist nor will they ever since if they ever existed they must exist now but do not.Using a little logic we have upended an inconsistent belief and therefore destroyed one of the foundations of religion.

Urban Legends Rule The World

We are all familiar with stories commonly known as urban legends which make the rounds as fact but which in reality are made up tales.Of course they all have a component of possibility which snares the gullible. That is they all sound plausible until they undergo the rigors of critical thinking then they fall apart. If the amount of information processing needed to correctly discern their truth or falsity is greater than what is available then they will be believed especially if that belief is reinforced by others or more specifically by those in authority. Some urban legends are harmless but others are self reinforcing which will assume the shape of a mental virus and so can grow to enormous scales in terms of numbers who believe and therefore have teeth which can bite a non believer.Religion of course with it's angels who talk to certain people but never really say anything useful falls into this category.Angels tell you what to wear which anyone can do but never tell us how to cure cancer which is difficult and would be a litmus test for something speaking to God.So since large parts of the world are governed by or influenced by different religions we are all effected by urban legends. Can it be any wonder that if there are extra-terrestrial beings they want nothing to do with us.

We Have Nothing To Fear From Beings From Another World

In a world governed by action and reaction in other words karma where what is given out comes back on the perpetrators we need not fear any extra-terrestrial beings. The answer is obvious because in such a world it will be constructed so that interstellar travel will be only possible on the other side of a proper theory of karma. That is before anyone can travel to other worlds they must understand karma and as such will not be interested in conquering ,killing or possibly even contacting anyone else. The great distances present a problem for any would be travellers and as such necessitate a deep understanding of time and space to the point of understanding karma. This is our protection from marauding aliens and shows just how beautiful the universe is.

The Non Computability Of Consciousness Prevents The Axiomatization Of Law

Given that someone commits a "crime" based on a widely held or even narrow definition of an illegal act what is to be the punishment? It should deter someone from doing it again in yet not be so harsh as to harden their resolve to do it or something anti social again.Of course since we are dealing with conscious beings now non computability of outcomes makes it's presence felt and complicates matters greatly even to the point of unsolvability.Any number of people when given the same punishment for the same crime will respond in different ways from very positive to very negative. That is the punishment will have effects ranging from the desired to something exactly the opposite depending on the individual. The only property which can solve most punishment problems is wisdom which takes consciousnes which is non computable. All ethical problems require consciousness for solutions since they spring from consciousness. The inability to recognize that has led people to endless and forever fruitless debates about what should be done about crime and bad behavior when there is no single answer. This of course negates any religious solutions since they try to axiomatize that which is non axiomatizable and as such negate their whole framework and expose their incompleteness and betray their iron age beginnings.A true theory of punishment will harness and amplify universal laws so what is natural and what is man made are complimentary and reinforcing but since a mathematical theory of karma will be non computable likewise so must man made laws be.
